Routine Infractions

Routine Time Violations
By participating in a WCA Competition, each team agrees that the decisions by the judges will be final and will not be subject for review. Each team acknowledges the necessity for the judges to make prompt and fair decisions in the competition and each team therefore expressly waives any legal, equitable, administrative or procedural review of such decisions.

Routine Time Violations
Routine Time Violations will result in a five (5) point deduction for routines exceeding the time limit by 1 to 10 seconds and a ten (10) point deduction for routines exceeding the time limit by 11 seconds or more. Coaches are strongly advised to create their routines to finish a few seconds under the time limit to avoid this infraction.

WCA / USASF Performance Level Violations
It is the responsibility of the coach to insure that the squads routine elements conform to the Performance Level guidelines of their respective division. Performance Level violations will result in a twenty-five (25) point deduction, this includes Dance Performance Level.
